Great experience. Nathan and Mike were great (as well as Zoe the shop pup-so cute). They diagnosed my car the first day on a walk in, explained the problem in a way I could understand and fixed just that problem without trying to oversell me on things I didn't need.

Yakima Automotive is a professional and family style business. My grandma had taken her car here for 20 years, I recently bought her car so I've continued to service my car here. I am very happy with my overall experience at Yakima Automotive. Nathaniel and the staff go above and beyond their duty as mechanics. When I go in I feel like I'm dropping my car off at my uncle's house because I know the car is in good hands and I know that they will give me an honest and helpful evaluation of the state of my car. About a month ago my battery light turned on while I was in Moses Lake, I was oblivious of what to do so I called Yakima Automotive. Nathan gave me an understanding over the phone of what the issue was with my specific car. He advised me to visit a nearby automotive store, and they were able to fix the issue! I plan on continuing to take my car to Yakima Automotive because no one know my car like they do! This is a faithful and reliable business that can be trusted.
