This is the first review I have given. Besides being all around nice people, you can tell that they care very much about their work and the well being of their customers. At no point did I feel like just another faceless being with a wallet. Instead, they made sure I knew what was going on, they listened to my thoughts and concerns, communicated the reasons behind any delays, were genuinely interested in the work they were doing and truly desired to get things done right. They're prices were more than reasonable and I highly recommend them to any person who will has any car care needs. In short, they do a great job and are great people.

My wife, daughter and son are travelling from Tyler, TX to Tacoma, WA. They are making the trip in a used car we bought for our daughter who is a student in Tacoma. The car does well most of the trip but fails to run after getting gas in Yakima (Chevron on 16th), early evening about 7. Our insurance gets them a tow truck and recommends Yakima Automotive. As soon as the repair shop opens the next day the crew look at the car, determine the problem, and get them back on the road by 11 AM. They reach Tacoma by 2 PM. What great service!! My wife says the crew was just friendly and she was treated with top priority in her distress. I wish to give a big shout out to Yakima Automotive for all their help in our time of need.
