Even though they were not able to accomplish what was needed and I only gave me great service and also found other related mechanics and friends to help. They were all extremely kind and deserve a pat on the back for doing there best in communication and great services!

Efficient. I’m always worried about diagnostic fees that have an hourly rate since I don’t know how much I’m going to end up paying but I feel like they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a good amount of time. I ended up paying $180 after tax for a problem with my trailer light connection cables. 2.5 hours total from drop off to pick up. They also offered me a ride somewhere when I dropped off my vehicle. I didn’t need one because I was just planning on hanging out at the caffe 11th ave just across the street but I its good to know they do that for people.

I was told my 2009 Subaru needed new head gaskets so I went to Yakima Automotive for a second opinion. I had YA do the work since the quote was a little better. I was very happy with their work. Later I had a concern so they checked out the issue to my satisfaction. There wasn’t a problem. VERY happy.
