Great customer service and took care of my car fast and efficiently

I came to Yakima Automotive as I've been looking for a used car to buy. I was recommended this business as "the only shop they would trust" by a mechanic, to have them look over a car I was considering for purchase. They did a very through job going over all systems, from electrical to engine and gave me insights on future issues, common problems with the vehicle and recommendations for purchase agreement based on their inspection. I was so pleased with the service, professionalism and inspection that they are my new go to shop! I highly recommend for honest, no frills service.

We were in from out of town when our check engine light came on. The guys were great and saw us immediately, and then gave some good advice for what to do when we got home. And they didn’t charge us anything! Other shops in the area wouldn’t fit us in, or asked that we leave our car, which wouldn’t work since we had to drive back home the next day.
